J100 On-Demand Air Pillow Machine
The J100 is a table top machine that forms, fills and seals an engineered film into an incredibly strong air pillow. The J100 will make a chain of air pillows connected with an easy-to-separate perforation between each pillow. The air pillow it makes is 2" at the ends. It can make thicknesses from 1/2" to 1" thick, in lengths from 3" to 19". It features:

Each film roll is 3,280 feet in length. Will make up to 60 cubic feet of air pillows.

J200 Air Pillow System
The J200 makes air pillows that are connected together to form a sheet that is approximately 16" wide. The J200 utilizes touch screen controls for ease of operation. Using the simple interface you can create almost an infinite number of sizes and lengths. This flexibility means you can make varying thicknesses and lengths, custom made for your package. It is a larger machine, but still has a modest footprint, so it can be placed in packing and shipping areas. It features:
Plugs into a standard wall outlet.
On-board inflation fans require no outside air source.
Uses less than 1 kilowatt hour of power.
Makes thicknesses from 5/8" to 1 1/2".
Makes lengths from 3" to over 24 feet.
Forms, fills, seals and cuts to length.
User friendly touch screen controls.
Shuts down when finished with set number of sheets.
Safety interlock sensors on front and back access covers.
Cool down mode when not in use for more than 20 minutes.

J-PAK Film
J-Pak film is an engineered PE/PET film that is light-weight, incredibly strong and has several advantages over other materials. It seals to form an airtight pillow of air, that has very high bursting strength. You will be suprised by the strength, but it may disappoint those of you who are used to popping the bubbles that come in your packages. You can burst the film but it requires real effort. The film is recyclable as a class 7 plastic. It is semi-transparent, with a misted finish.
This is the only film authorized for use in the J100 and J200. It will not run on other air pillow machines that use a folded or tube style film. You can use a bar sealer, impulse sealer, hot air sealer to seal the film, and can achieve good strength with any of these methods.

Pre-inflated Air Pillows
Our inflated air pillows and air pads are ready to protect your shipment. Made from J-Pak's super strong film. We offer air pillows in 4", 6" and 8" lengths. All of these are approximately 2" at the ends and 1" thick at the center. Pillows are joined together with a perforation that is easy to separate. The pillows come packed in a clear poly bag, neat and clean.
Pre-inflated Air Pads
Our air pads are individual air pillows joined together to form a sheet that is approximately 15" x 15" square. The pillows are 5/8" thick in the centers. The air pads come packed neat and clean in a clear poly bag.
