Return Policy

The following applies to all products purchased online from a J-Pak, Inc. Website.  We accept returns or make exchanges on all merchandise purchased online from J-Pak, Inc.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We work hard to make products that satisfy our customers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased online at one of our Websites, you may return it based on the following conditions and instructions: Returns You may return any or all of your merchandise for any reason within 15 days of purchase.  If you return and we accept your merchandise within this period, we will refund your merchandise purchase price.  All cash, credit card, paypal or check transactions returned within 15 days and accompanied with a receipt will be refunded by check, credit card, paypal or gift card in the amount of the credit.  If you prefer replacement instead of refund, refer to the section entitled “Exchanges” below.  You must return the original package intact with all components (merchandise, quantity).  All components must be in like-new condition.  All returns must be accompanied by the original customer receipt and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.  Merchandise is not eligible to be returned if we determine the merchandise to be another company’s product, counterfeit product, or purposely damaged.  At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items. In accordance with the J-Pak, Inc. Satisfaction Guarantee, you must return your merchandise within 15 days of purchase to receive a full refund.  If you return merchandise after 15 days of purchase, we will not be obligated to provide a refund, but may at our sole discretion elect to honor or refuse a refund.

  Exchanges

Within 15 days of purchase, you may exchange your merchandise. In order to make the exchange, you must return the original package, intact with all components (merchandise, quantity), in like-new condition.  All exchanges must be accompanied with the original customer receipt and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.  Return shipping charges are your responsibility.  Upon receiving and approving your return, J-Pak, Inc. will ship you replacement merchandise, including paying for shipping of the new merchandise to you.

Warranty

This program may be considered to be a "warranty" or "service contract" in certain states.  In these states, please refer to the J-Pak, Inc. Warranty Brochure or Service Contract for full details.

E-mail us to let us know what problem you are experiencing.  We will give you further instructions on how to correct the problem, or return the merchandise.
